My connection with Archer Investors started back in 2018, when I was in search of a company to help me with the transition from being a full-time landlord to 100% passive landlord.

The first phone conversation led to a meeting in California to meet the Archer team in person and few of the sponsors who had a home office in California. We found Archer in 2017 when we wished to conduct a 1031 exchange out of a property that was a management headache. Archer suggested various DST properties whose managers they had thoroughly vetted and knew well. We met with several of those managers and were impressed with their knowledge and experience. Archer then inspected the DST properties we elected prior to our proceeding with the exchanges. We have since conducted a subsequent 1031 exchange out of one of those properties into another DST property we selected from several from Archer suggested. Recently we have made other non-DST investments through Archer. In our experience they only work with the very best people. Since they are so diligent, responsive, resourceful and forthright, we have enjoyed peace of mind in these various investments. Investments are only as good as the people behind them.
