Leslie is a Managing Member and Founder of Archer Investors. Over the course of her career, she has advised property owners and families through complex real estate transitions, with a longstanding focus on 1031 exchange planning and capital preservation.

Her work has been referenced by national media outlets in the context of real estate and exchange planning, and she has participated in more than $4 billion in real estate transactions across four decades in the industry. She brings deep familiarity with transaction structure, sponsor oversight, and the practical realities of long-term ownership.

Leslie is a licensed Real Estate Broker, holds the CCIM designation, and maintains Series 7, 22, 39, 63, and 99 registrations. She earned an MBA from New York University and a B.A. from Vassar College.

Beth serves as CEO and Managing Member of Archer Investors, where she guides the firm’s exchange and planning work. She works with clients at moments where portfolio structure, tax strategy, succession, and timing converge into long-term lifestyle and legacy decisions.

Prior to Archer, Beth led Institutional Accounts and Private Wealth at ExchangeRight Real Estate, where she developed a close view of sponsor risk frameworks, platform design, and real estate capital transitions. Her work has included advising families on tax-advantaged exits and multigenerational planning considerations.

Beth graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance and holds Series 6, 63, and 22 registrations, as well as life and health licenses.

Natalie works in exchange planning at Archer Investors, supporting property owners as they evaluate 1031 exchanges into Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) real estate as part of a transition away from active management. Her work centers on helping clients weigh income continuity, tax deferral, and how ownership decisions shape long-term lifestyle and legacy planning.

She brings the perspective of an active real estate investor, with firsthand familiarity with the operational and lifestyle demands of direct ownership, informing a measured approach to discussions around cash flow durability and risk exposure.

Natalie began her career in the mortgage industry and has remained engaged in real estate investing, developing a practical understanding of financing and ownership structures. She earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and is based in Houston after being raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Laurie serves as Director of Operations and Client Services at Archer Investors, overseeing the client experience from initial planning through DST onboarding and ongoing service. Her work ensures continuity, precision, and follow-through across each stage of the client relationship.

She brings a background in education and firsthand experience as a real estate investor, including completing her own 1031 exchanges into DST structures prior to joining the firm. This perspective informs a thoughtful, client-centered approach to communication and execution.

Laurie holds a Master’s degree in Education from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University. She maintains Series 22 and 63 registrations and is based in Las Vegas.

Michael serves as Marketing and Systems Analyst at Archer Investors, supporting firm communications and the infrastructure that keeps clients informed on exchange planning, market developments, and offering availability. His work focuses on clarity, continuity, and reliability across Archer’s education and engagement platforms.

He has been active in real estate investing since 2009 and brings experience spanning investor communications, operational support, and financing exposure. Prior to Archer, Michael began his career in the mortgage industry, developing an early understanding of deal structure and investor priorities.

Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, where he competed in Division I athletics. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
