Leslie has been cited on CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and The Wall Street Journal regarding her work in DST 1031 exchange planning. Across her combined 40 years in the real estate and financial services industry, she has participated in over $4B in real estate transactions. Leslie is a Real Estate Broker, a CCIM, and holds the Series 7, 22, 39, 63, and 99 Securities Registrations. Leslie has an MBA from New York University ’82 and a BA from Vassar College ’80. Leslie enjoys her three miniature wirehaired dachshunds and boating.

Beth serves as the Managing Partner of Archer Investors, where she leads the firm’s DST 1031 exchange planning strategy. She advises clients at the stage where portfolio design, tax strategy, succession, and timing all converge into long-term wealth and legacy planning.
Prior to Archer, Beth led Institutional Accounts and Private Wealth at ExchangeRight Real Estate, one of the nation’s largest DST sponsors, where she gained deep visibility into platform design, sponsor risk frameworks, and real estate capital transitions at scale. Her background also includes experience advising high-net-worth families on tax-advantaged exits and generational planning.
Beth graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance and maintains Series 6, 63, 22, and life and health licenses.
Frank is a DST 1031 exchange planning specialist with Archer Investors, helping clients transition from active property ownership into passive, tax-deferred DST portfolios through 1031 exchanges. He brings a combined background in law, financial services, and real estate ownership, and has personally completed multiple DST 1031 exchanges.
Before joining Archer, Frank served as an attorney with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and Mutual Life of New York, addressing insurance, tax, securities, and ERISA-related matters. He later built a financial services practice in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly three decades, advising high-net-worth households on long-term strategy and structure selection. His legal foundation allows him to help clients navigate the regulatory and suitability elements of DST planning with clarity and confidence. He holds a B.A. from NYU and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
Natalie is a DST 1031 exchange planning specialist with Archer Investors, working with property owners who are evaluating a 1031 exchange into DST real estate as a way to transition from active management into passive, tax-deferred ownership.She brings the perspective of a real estate investor herself, with first-hand experience in the operational and lifestyle demands of direct ownership.
She began her career in the mortgage industry and has remained active in real estate investing, giving her a practical understanding of financing, cash flow, and ownership structure. Natalie earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and currently resides in Houston after being raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Laurie is the Director of Operations and Client Services at Archer Investors, overseeing the client experience from initial strategy through DST onboarding and ongoing servicing. She combines a background in education with personal real estate investment experience, having completed her own DST 1031 exchanges prior to joining the firm.
Her career began as a teacher before transitioning into financial services, where she found the intersection of investor education, operational excellence, and client stewardship. Laurie holds a Master’s in Education from Lesley University, a Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University, and maintains her Series 22 and 63 registrations.
She is based in Las Vegas, is married with two grown sons, and enjoys hiking and cooking with her Goldendoodle, O’Malley, always nearby.
Michael serves as Archer’s Marketing and Systems Analyst, supporting firm communications and helping investors stay informed on DST 1031 exchange planning, industry developments, and offering availability. He has been active in the real estate investment space since 2009 and brings both operational and investor-facing experience to Archer’s education and client engagement platform.
Michael played Division I golf for the University of San Francisco, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. He began his career in the mortgage industry before transitioning into real estate investing, giving him early exposure to financing, deal structure, and investor priorities.
He was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and now lives with his wife, two sons, and Goldendoodle, O’Malley. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, movies, and tracking down the best chicken parmesan.
