Beth Veloz
CEO & Managing Member
Beth serves as CEO and Managing Member of Archer Investors, where she guides the firm’s exchange and planning work. She works with clients at moments where portfolio structure, tax strategy, succession, and timing converge into long-term lifestyle and legacy decisions.
Prior to Archer, Beth led Institutional Accounts and Private Wealth at ExchangeRight Real Estate, where she developed a close view of sponsor risk frameworks, platform design, and real estate capital transitions. Her work has included advising families on tax-advantaged exits and multigenerational planning considerations.
Beth graduated cum laude with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Finance and holds Series 6, 63, and 22 registrations, as well as life and health licenses.
